- Pickup without the carrier's required name, code, or authorization

Questions people actually ask
Can someone pick up from UPS or FedEx for me?
Usually, if that location accepts third-party pickup and you provide every authorization item it requires. The runner confirms the checklist before traveling.
Where is the package kept between pickup and handoff?
It stays with the assigned runner in secure custody and is never left in a lobby, vehicle overnight, or unattended public place.
Can you intercept something before it reaches my building?
Only after the carrier redirects it to an authorized pickup point. NeedAGuy cannot change a carrier's route or take a package from a delivery vehicle.
