Can you pick up my prescription?
No. Prescription pickup requires the patient or an authorized representative with ID, and we won't put a runner in that position. We can deliver everything around it.
What if the thing I need is sold out everywhere?
The runner checks stock before buying and calls you with alternatives. If nothing works, you pay a reduced callout fee, not the full job.
Is this a doctor?
No. If it sounds like an emergency we will tell you to call 911 rather than take the booking.
