Scheduled Home & Repairs

Move-In Ready

Your keys are ready. Your apartment should be too.

Deep clean, locks changed, shelves and curtain rods up, and the TV mounted before your furniture lands. One coordinated booking for the work every New Yorker needs at move-in.

Turnaround
Book at least three business days before move-in. Larger apartments or building-access restrictions may need more lead time.
How pricing works
One itemized, flat quote based on apartment size and the setup tasks you choose. Standard cleaning supplies and basic mounting hardware are included; specialty parts and building fees are shown separately before booking.
Where
Manhattan · Brooklyn · Queens · The Bronx · Staten Island

If you need something on this list, send it through the box below — some of it we can arrange, it's just not part of the standard job.

How it works

  1. Send the move-in date, access details, photos, and your setup list
  2. Get one coordinated plan and a flat quote for the selected jobs
  3. Vetted pros complete the work before the furniture delivery or move begins

Who it's for

  • New renters with a narrow gap between getting the keys and the moving truck arriving
  • Out-of-town arrivals who need the apartment handled before they reach the city
  • Anyone who would rather unpack into a finished home than live around a to-do list

Questions people actually ask

Do I need to be in the apartment?

No. A super, broker, doorman, lockbox, or other authorized person can provide access. You receive photos when the work is complete.

Can you coordinate around my movers?

Yes. The preferred window is before the movers arrive, but the team can sequence work around a confirmed delivery schedule when the building allows it.

What if the apartment needs a repair once you get inside?

The pro documents it and asks before adding work. Urgent issues can be routed to Lockout & Home Emergency; everything else is quoted separately.

Something specific?

Your situation not covered above?

If what you need is close to this but not quite it — a weird building, an odd hour, a job that spans two of these — describe it here. It goes straight to the founder, and unusual requests are how new services get added.
