What's included

- Liquid-damage triage and cleaning, with an honest verdict on survivability
- Data recovery attempts and transfer to a new device
What's not
- Bypassing activation locks, passcodes, or carrier locks
- Board-level microsoldering (we'll refer you and tell you what it should cost)
- Anything that voids a warranty you'd rather keep — we'll say so before starting
- Software problems that aren't hardware related, beyond basic setup help

Are the parts genuine?
You're told exactly which grade of part is being fitted and what it costs before you accept. Where an OEM part is available we quote both and let you choose.
Is my data safe?
Repairs happen in front of you, at your address. You never hand the device over and walk away, which is the whole point of doing it this way.
What if it can't be fixed on site?
You get a free pickup-and-return to the bench, and you only pay if the repair actually succeeds.
