Questions people actually ask
Can you retrieve a passport?
Yes if the holder and property staff authorize release and the chosen carrier accepts it. Identity documents require signature tracking and cannot be left unattended.
What if the hotel has not found the item yet?
The runner can coordinate once lost-and-found confirms it. An on-site search is only possible with explicit property permission.
Can you ship a laptop or phone?
Usually, with carrier-compliant packaging and battery rules. The runner confirms the available services and insurance limits before shipping.
