In Town for the Game?

You've got the ticket. Everything around it is still a blank.

Built for fans flying in for one thing — the game, the concert, the race. You did the hard part; we'll fill the two days on either side like a local would: the second event, the right steakhouse, the airport car, the one neighborhood actually worth your morning.

Turnaround
A week's notice gets the full plan. Tighter is doable — same-week trips get a leaner version, fast.
How pricing works
A per-trip planning fee, quoted up front. Partner bookings are always at real prices — the fee is for the plan, not padded into the reservations.
Where
Manhattan · Brooklyn · Queens · The Bronx · Staten Island

What's included

  • A full itinerary built around your event, planned like a local would
  • The dinner reservation that matches the night — steakhouse, red sauce, or something quieter
  • A second event that fits the trip, sourced honestly
  • Airport cars and getting-around logistics, timed to your event
  • The one neighborhood actually worth your free morning, with specifics
  • A rework on the fly if a flight moves or the weather turns

What's not

  • The ticket to the thing you're coming for — you've got that; if not, ask about tickets separately
  • Hotel bookings held in our name — we recommend and arrange; the room is yours
  • Tourist-trap padding — if a famous stop isn't worth your time, we say so
  • Anything outside NYC — we're a New York outfit, and honest about it

If you need something on this list, send it through the box below — some of it we can arrange, it's just not part of the standard job.

How it works

  1. Tell us the event you're in for, your dates, and who's coming
  2. We build the plan around it — food, a second event, transport, the right neighborhood
  3. Land, follow the plan, fly home having actually seen New York

Who it's for

  • Fans flying in for one game, one show, or one race
  • Couples turning a single ticket into a full weekend
  • Groups who want the trip planned once, properly, by someone who lives here

Questions people actually ask

We're only here for 48 hours. Is that enough to plan?

That's the exact trip this exists for. Two days around one event is where a plan beats wandering — you don't have time to waste a meal or a morning.

Can you work around the event's schedule?

Yes — everything is timed to your event: dinner before or after, the car that gets you there without sweating it, the morning plan that doesn't collide with doors opening.

What if something changes mid-trip?

Tell us. Flights move and weather happens; the plan gets reworked while you're at lunch, not after you're home.

Something specific?

Your situation not covered above?

If what you need is close to this but not quite it — a weird building, an odd hour, a job that spans two of these — describe it here. It goes straight to the founder, and unusual requests are how new services get added.
