- Turnaround
- Book at least three hours before you need the bags at the terminal. Same-day city-to-city moves are usually under two hours.
- How pricing works
- Per-bag pricing with a flat airport surcharge shown up front, not calculated at drop-off. Overnight holds are a separate posted rate per bag, per night.

- Unaccompanied delivery airside or past a security checkpoint
- Perishables, pets, and live plants
- Bags left overnight without booking the overnight hold option

Questions people actually ask
How do I get my bags at the airport?
You meet the runner at a named curbside or arrivals point at a confirmed time, and you both confirm the handover in the app. Nothing is left unattended.
What if my flight is delayed or moved?
Update the flight in the booking and the drop time shifts with it. If the delay is long enough to need an overnight hold, you're quoted before it's applied.
Can someone else drop the bags for me?
Yes — nominate them when you book and they get the pickup code instead.
