Arrivals Meet & Greet
A familiar face on the arrivals side of the rope.
A vetted local meets your people at JFK, LGA, or EWR, handles the bags, sorts the ride, and gets them to the door — ideal for parents, international guests, and first-time visitors who need help avoiding an unlicensed cab.
- Turnaround
- Book at least 24 hours before scheduled landing. The greeter monitors delays and adjusts automatically within the booked arrival period.
- How pricing works
- Flat meet-and-greet fee by airport and destination, with ordinary flight-delay monitoring included. Transportation, tolls, parking, and unusually long immigration delays are itemized separately.

If you need something on this list, send it through the box below — some of it we can arrange, it's just not part of the standard job.
How it works
- Share the flight, traveler names, destination, and any mobility or language notes
- The greeter tracks the flight and waits at the agreed arrivals meeting point
- They handle the bags, arrange the approved ride, and confirm the door handoff
Who it's for
- Parents or older relatives traveling alone
- International guests who may not have local cell service
- First-time NYC visitors who need a smooth handoff from terminal to door
Questions people actually ask
Where will the greeter meet them?
At the terminal's public arrivals area after baggage claim and customs. The exact landmark and a photo of the greeter are sent before the flight.
What if the traveler's phone does not work in the U.S.?
That is common. The greeter uses a name sign and fixed meeting point, while the person who booked receives status updates.
Can the greeter ride all the way to the apartment or hotel?
Yes. Door-to-door accompaniment is included unless you choose a terminal-only handoff when booking.
Your situation not covered above?
If what you need is close to this but not quite it — a weird building, an odd hour, a job that spans two of these — describe it here. It goes straight to the founder, and unusual requests are how new services get added.
