Twice a year, AC units go in or out and winter coats, bikes, and seasonal gear move to storage or come back — built for small apartments where storage is permanent work and the AC weighs 60 pounds.

- A photo inventory showing what was stored or returned
What's not
- AC repair, refrigerant work, or through-wall unit installation
- New electrical outlets or permanent window modifications
- Storage rent, storage-unit contracts, or long-term custody of items
- Oversized moves not disclosed in the booking inventory

Do I need an AC bracket?
Where the building or unit requires one, yes. Send a window photo and the model number so the crew can confirm the setup before arriving.
Can this repeat automatically every year?
Yes. Keep the item inventory and preferred windows on file, then confirm each spring and fall appointment when the weather turns.
