- Storage unit drop-offs and retrievals
- Furniture disposal and donation runs, with the receipt for tax purposes
What's not
- Full apartment moves with an inventory and a bill of lading — use a licensed mover
- Piano, safe, and specialty rigging
- Anything requiring a certificate of insurance for a building, unless arranged 48 hours ahead
- Packing your belongings into boxes for you

Questions people actually ask
Do I need to be there?
For a pickup, someone has to release the item. At the delivery end, you or a doorman needs to let the crew in. You can split those between two people.
What if it doesn't fit through the door?
Send measurements when you book and the crew will flag it in advance. If it genuinely won't fit on the day, you pay the callout only, not the full job.
Is my stuff insured?
Basic damage cover is included in every job, and you can add declared-value insurance for higher-value pieces at booking.
