NYC Marathon: Get In, Get Around, Get Cheered
240,000+ applied. About 1% got in. Honest routes to the start line still exist.
If the lottery said no, legitimate routes remain — charity partner bibs and official tour packages. Running already? We'll handle race-morning transport, family cheer spots by mile marker, and the celebration table. We never broker bib transfers — NYRR prohibits it and so do we.

- Turnaround
- Charity bib matching is a now conversation — partner spots run out well before race week. Race-weekend plans need at least a week; the race is Nov 1.
- How pricing works
- We will price this as a flat planning fee per runner or family. Charity fundraising minimums and tour package costs are the partners' own numbers, told to you straight before you commit to anything.
- Where
- Manhattan · Brooklyn · Queens · The Bronx · Staten Island
What's included
- Matching with charity partners that still have 2026 bibs — you fundraise, and we're straight about the minimums
- Official tour operator entry packages, laid out honestly
- Race-morning transport that actually gets you to the start village on time
- Family cheer spots picked by mile marker, with subway timing between them
- The celebration table booked for after — somewhere a medal gets you applause
- Recovery and next-morning logistics for the runner who can't do stairs
What's not
- Bib transfers or buying someone's number — NYRR prohibits it and so do we, no exceptions
- Guaranteed entry — charity spots carry real fundraising commitments and real deadlines
- The fundraising itself — we connect you; the commitment is yours
- Course access beyond public viewing areas
If you need something on this list, send it through the box below — some of it we can arrange, it's just not part of the standard job.
How it works
- Tell us your situation: chasing a bib, or in and planning the weekend
- We match you to legitimate entry routes, or build the race-weekend plan
- Race day runs on the plan — transport, cheer spots, celebration table
Who it's for
- Runners the lottery turned down who still want to be on that start line
- Entrants who have the bib but not the race-morning plan
- Families who want to actually see their runner — three times, not zero
Questions people actually ask
Are charity bibs actually legitimate?
Fully. Official charity partners receive guaranteed entries from NYRR, and you earn one by committing to fundraise. Each charity sets its own minimum — we tell you that number up front, before you're committed to anything.
Can I just buy a bib from someone who can't run?
No — and be careful, because that market exists. NYRR prohibits bib transfers, running under someone else's number gets both people banned, and we won't broker it. The legitimate routes are the ones we work with: charity partners and official tour operators.
I'm already in. What do you actually handle?
The whole weekend around the run: getting you to the start village without a 4am panic, placing your people at the right mile markers with subway timing between them, and the table waiting when you're done.
Your situation not covered above?
If what you need is close to this but not quite it — a weird building, an odd hour, a job that spans two of these — describe it here. It goes straight to the founder, and unusual requests are how new services get added.
