Tell us the night, the size of your party, and the room you want. Starting with TAO Group's New York venues — TAO Downtown, TAO Uptown, Beauty & Essex, Cathédrale, LAVO, Bodega Negra, Crane Club, Sake No Hana, and Peak at Hudson Yards — with more rooms being added.

- Same day for most rooms. Give us 48 hours for Saturday prime time or parties of eight or more.

- A flat facilitation fee per confirmed booking, quoted before we book and owed only if we deliver the table. Where a venue sets a minimum spend, that's the venue's number — disclosed to you up front and paid to them, not us.

- A confirmed reservation under your name — not a waitlist spot
- Prime-time slots, including Friday and Saturday nights, not the 5:30pm leftovers
- Parties from a date-night two-top to large group tables
- Celebration coordination — cake, candle, card on the table when you arrive
- Short-notice and same-day requests taken seriously
- A backup room of the same caliber if your first choice genuinely can't happen that night
What's not
- The dinner bill — you pay the venue directly, like any other guest
- Tables during full private buyouts or closed events
- Getting around a venue's dress code or age policy — those are theirs, not ours
- Booking tables you don't intend to show up for

Are you affiliated with TAO Group or these restaurants?
No. NeedAGuy is an independent concierge with no affiliation to, or endorsement from, TAO Group Hospitality or any venue we book. The venues are theirs; the access is ours.
What if you can't get the table?
Then you pay nothing. The fee only exists when the reservation is confirmed under your name. If your first choice is truly impossible for that night, we'll offer a comparable room before we call it.
Can you do restaurants that aren't on this list?
Ask. The list above is where we're strongest tonight, but name the room you're after and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get you in — before any fee exists.
