- Flat per-alteration pricing quoted from your description and photo, with pickup and return included. If the tailor sees something different in person, you approve the revised price before they cut.

What's included
- Hem, taper, and take-in on trousers, skirts, dresses, and sleeves
- Jacket and blazer adjustments — sleeves, waist, shoulders where possible
- Zipper replacement, seam repair, button replacement, lining repair
- Steam and press included with every return
- Pickup and delivery to an apartment, hotel, or office front desk
- Photos of the garment on arrival at the tailor, so nothing is disputed later
What's not
- Structural resizing that would ruin the garment — the tailor will tell you first
- Leather, fur, and heavily beaded couture (we'll refer you to a specialist)
- Dry cleaning as a standalone service
- Same-day turnaround on anything picked up after 11am — that becomes next morning

Questions people actually ask
How do they know my measurements?
For simple hems you mark it or send a photo wearing it. For anything fitted, the pickup runner is trained to take the three measurements that matter, or a tailor comes to you for a small surcharge.
What if it comes back wrong?
Re-alterations are free and prioritized. If the deadline has passed and the garment is unusable, the job is refunded in full.
Can you handle a wedding party?
Yes, but book it as a group job with at least 72 hours notice — that's a scheduled service, not an emergency one.
