Marathon weekend takes knowing someone.
Fifty years since the race first ran through all five boroughs. More than 50,000 runners, two million people on the curb, road closures everywhere, and every good table in the city booked. Whether you're running it, cheering for someone, or just in town, a real person handles the parts an app can't.
The 2026 race is done — congratulations to every finisher. Planning for next year already? Tell us below.
What we handle
🏃 You're running it
You trained for months. Race weekend shouldn't be the hard part.
- A car at your door before dawn to your ferry or start bus, so you're not hunting for a cab at 5am
- The Saturday pre-race dinner, somewhere worth carb-loading, at a table that's been booked for weeks
- A sports massage therapist at your door Sunday night, and again Monday if your legs vote for it
- The celebration table after, somewhere a medal gets you applause
📣 You're cheering for someone
Most people see their runner once, or not at all. We plan for three.
- A cheer plan built around your runner's pace: three spots on the course and the subway timing between them
- Someone to hold your place at the barrier from early morning, so you're not standing there for four hours
- Big, bright signs printed and ready by Saturday
- The meet-up point and the meal after, booked, so nobody is wandering the Upper West Side looking for each other
🗽 You're just in town that weekend
The whole city is full. That's when knowing someone matters most.
- Saturday and Sunday night tables when everything shows booked
- Getting across town on race day, when the course closes the avenues you'd normally take
- The sold-out show or game the same weekend
🎟️ You didn't get a bib
Some official charity partners may still have 2026 entries. You fundraise for a cause, you run with a real bib. We'll find out who still has a spot.
We never broker bib transfers or resold numbers. The race bans them, and so do we.

From our place, the 6 train at Astor Place runs up the East Side, a few blocks from where the course comes up First Avenue. We'll build the rest of your plan around it.
